SECTION 2. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU / EEA / UK)
If You are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, You may withdraw from Your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day You, or a third party You name, take possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of Your decision - by email to contact@enjoy-puzzle.com, or through the Orders section of Your account. Sending the statement before the 14 days expire is enough to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal. We will refund all payments received from You, including the cost of standard delivery to You, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving Your statement. We use the same payment method You used for the order, and You are charged nothing for the refund. If You chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we do not refund the difference. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until You have supplied proof that You have sent them.
Returning the goods. Send the goods back without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of Your statement. You bear the direct cost of returning them. You are liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods - You may open the box and look at the product, exactly as You would in a shop.
SECTION 3. OUR VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN
In addition to Your statutory right, we offer a voluntary return window of 30 days from the day You receive Your order. This goes beyond what the law requires, and it comes with conditions:
the goods were purchased in the last 30 days;
the goods are in the original packaging, unopened, or at most in a sealed inner bag;
the goods are unused and undamaged;
You can provide proof of purchase, such as Your order confirmation or receipt.
Regular priced and discounted items can both be returned under this section.
These conditions apply only to the voluntary 30-day return. They do not limit, and cannot be read to limit, the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 2, or any other mandatory consumer right.
SECTION 4. CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
As long as Your order has not yet been processed or shipped, You can cancel it without giving any reason. Write to us at contact@enjoy-puzzle.com. The refund is issued to the original payment method.
SECTION 5. RETURN ADDRESS
Please tell us first, at contact@enjoy-puzzle.com, that You intend to return something. Then send the goods to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit, so we recommend an insured and trackable service. Without receipt of the goods, or proof that You sent them, we are unable to issue a refund.
SECTION 6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect Your return:
we notify You by email of the outcome;
for a withdrawal under Section 2, we refund within the statutory 14 days;
for a voluntary return under Section 3, we refund to the original payment method within 10 business days;
depending on Your bank, card issuer or payment provider, it can take a few more days before the amount appears in Your account;
for a voluntary return, a partial refund may apply if the goods are damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to us.
