Do you ship internationally?
We can cover shipping almost everywhere in the world! For more details about destinations and costs, please check Shipping information.
When will I receive my puzzles?
The delivery option you choose - Standard Shipping (2–10 working days) or Express Shipping (1-3 working days) - will determine when your ordered puzzles arrive.
*Remember that there are times of the year (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas/Easter, and other holidays) when deliveries may be delayed without our will.
Where are you shipping the puzzles from?
All our puzzles are sent from our warehouse located in the European Union.
I live outside of the EU. Do I have to cover any taxes or import duties for my order?
Since we ship from our warehouse located in the European Union, import duties/taxes are not required for countries from the EU and the United States of America.
For the remaining destinations, we are not responsible for local taxes. In the total amount of an order placed on our website, taxes, fees or duties are not included. If applicable, each customer must be aware of import duties, VAT and/or other taxes and fees.
The import procedures and taxes of the remaining countries are determined by the value of the shipment, which consists of the value of both the ordered products and the shipping cost. We respectfully ask customers to keep up with local duties and taxes, as announced by their official national authorities.
Are your puzzles available elsewhere aside from your website?
