If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You have the right to withdraw from Your purchase in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal. To do so, You may submit a cancellation request through the Orders section of Your account or contact us at contact@enjoy-puzzle.com.

We will issue a refund within 7 days of the cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

SECTION 4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• the goods were purchased in the last 30 days,
• the goods are in the original packaging, unopened, or, at most, in a sealed bag if applicable,
• the goods are unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear beyond what is necessary to check the nature, qualities, and functionality.

You may also be required to provide proof of purchase (such as Your order confirmation or receipt) in order for Us to process Your return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date You receive Your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, We may be unable to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Regular priced items and discounted items can both be returned.

We are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return transit. Therefore, We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without
actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

After We receive and inspect Your returned item(s):

• We will notify You by email if Your refund is approved,
• if approved, Your refund will be processed to Your original payment method within 10 business days – please note that, after We initiate the refund, it may take additional time for Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refunded amount to Your account.
• a partial refund may be granted if the returned goods are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to Our error,
• shipping costs for the return are non-refundable.

We only replace goods if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If You believe You have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@enjoy-puzzle.com before returning the goods. Once Your request has been reviewed, We will provide further instructions regarding the exchange process.
