CUSTOMS AND DUTY TAXES

Although we can cover shipping almost everywhere in the world, we are not responsible for local taxes. In the total amount of an order, taxes, fees or duties are not included. If applicable, each customer must be aware of import duties, VAT and/or other taxes and fees.

Since we ship from our warehouse located in the European Union, import duties/taxes are not required for countries from the EU.

Due to recent changes in US import regulations, including updates to the de minimis threshold and customs tariffs, please consider the United States of America section below.

The import procedures and taxes of the remaining countries are determined by the value of the shipment, which consists of the value of both the ordered products and the shipping cost. We respectfully ask customers to keep up with local duties and taxes, as announced by their official national authorities.

Important information for our US customers

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has removed the de minimis threshold for imports, which means that all international parcels, regardless of their value, are now subject to customs duties and import fees.

We have noticed that, since these changes, the customs process can be inconvenient and sometimes tedious. To ensure a smooth and worry-free delivery experience, we have updated our shipping fees to include all customs duties, import taxes and processing fees. This way, your order will arrive at your door with all taxes and formalities already handled, so you don’t have to deal with customs or unexpected costs.
